In the post there’s a link to the Ban Comic Sans site (“putting the ‘sans’ in Comic Sans”) which, ironically, is only contributing to the problem by selling t-shirts, mugs, bumper stickers, et al with the phrase “ban comic sans” emblazoned upon them. They are all set in, of course, Comic Sans. I mean, I get the joke but, really, it’s like attempting to convince someone to stop smoking by lighting up to show them how much it makes you cough. You’re still lighting up.
Stop the madness.
